Lincoln Cushing

Archivist and librarian Lincoln Cushing specializes in documenting, cataloging, and disseminating socially and politically significant graphic material. He is the author and co-author of several books, including Revolución!: Cuban Poster Art (Chronicle, 2003), Chinese Posters: Art from the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution (Chronicle Books, 2007), and Agitate! Educate! Organize! American Labor Posters (Cornell University Press, 2009). A friend and colleague of Michael Rossman, Cushing is the Museum’s archiving consultant on the AOUON collection.
