Marina McDougall

Marina McDougall is an independent curator with a special interest in the intersections of art and science. She has organized exhibitions and public programs for the Exploratorium, San Francisco; Museum of Jurassic Technology, Los Angeles; MIT Media Lab, Boston; CCA Wattis Institute for Contemporary Arts, San Francisco; California Academy of Sciences, San Francisco; and the Oakland Museum of California. She is a founding member of the Studio for Urban Projects, co-creator of a series of workshops for children called A Curious Summer, and co-editor of Science Is Fiction: The Films of Jean Painleve (MIT Press/Brico Press, 2000). She is currently creating a large-scale garden called the Garden of Forking Paths.
