Culture is over, but if you're still hungry for cheese, it's surprisingly simple to make in your own kitchen. Following her demonstration at our event on August 14, San Francisco Milk Maid aka Louella Hill has shared her recipe for queso fresco. Beware, this recipe will make more cheese than even you can eat.
