The Bay Area Seed Interchange Library Project
The Bay Area Seed Interchange Library Project (BASIL) is a network of concerned farmers and community gardeners dedicated to conserving the genetic diversity of our planet's seed stock. At the Berkeley Ecology Center, BASIL created a library of healthy vegetable, herb, and flower seeds that are free and available to the public.
